Our client is a Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.
Job Requirements:
- Enter document data (e.g., order entry) into the system and type various forms, ensuring accuracy.
- Review customer purchase orders, assess requirements, and monitor active orders to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with different functions to ensure order fulfillment and accuracy.
- Proofread documents for part numbers and correctness.
- Maintain records, operate office machines, and handle incoming calls professionally.
Basic Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of related work experience (2-4 years preferred)
