Customer Service:

- Introduce and explain menu items to customers, enhancing their dining experience.
Shop Operations:
- Assist with the opening and closing of the shop.
- Perform end-of-day duties, ensuring the shop is ready for the next day's operations
Independent Work and Leadership:
- Take charge of shop operations, working independently towards shop growth and sales objectives.
- Exhibit the ability to manage tasks without direct supervision.
Customer Interaction:
- Maintain a pleasant and neat working outlook.
- Provide excellent customer service with a smile and ensure customer satisfaction.
Additional Duties:
- Participate in all shop-related responsibilities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
