Responsibilities
- Handle customers’ enquiries
- Coordinate and prepare inbound, outbound & transshipments sea freight shipments with carrier / customers / vendors
- Correspond with local & overseas suppliers regarding delivery status
- Liaise internal and external customers and resolve operations issue
- Sales & Marketing activities
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Knowledge in Import/Export/Transhipment processes will be an advantage.
- Good customer service skills with excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English (liaising with Mandarin speaking stakeholders)
- Proficient in MS Office
