- Working Days: Monday - Saturday (Alternate Saturday after probation)
- Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (weekdays), 9am - 1pm (Saturday)
- Location: East
- Salary: Basic up to $3,000 + AWS + VB
Job Description:
- Monitoring incoming shipments upon receiving pre-alerts from overseas stations or customers.
- Coordinating and organizing air import shipments with contractors to ensure seamless clearance and timely delivery to customers.
- Updating and communicating with customers in case of shipment delays.
- Managing shipment surveys and handling cargo claims, if necessary.
- Engaging with overseas agents in the event of delayed shipments.
- Proficient in declaring relevant customs permits.
- Adhering to customers' standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Providing timely responses to emails from customers, suppliers, carriers, and our internal network.
- Preparing cash sale invoices and updating billing information for the Accounts department.
