Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of human resource functions such as recruitment and hiring, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, manpower planning, learning and development, employer-employee relations and workplace safety.
- Provide support to HR operations for overseas campuses, which includes recruitment and hiring, processing of payroll (full spectrum, H/C: 180), and reviewing of policies and procedures.
- Supervise a team of three HR personnel to ensure HR compliance in all areas and effective implementation of HR strategies aligned to the Institute’s business objectives.
- Coordinate with approved vendor to conduct annual Employee Engagement Surveys and collate responses to develop action plans for improvement.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Business or related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant HR experience in the education/ service industry
- Hands on experience and knowledge in Times Software is a must
- Well-versed with the local Employment Act and other related employment guidelines/regulations
