- Managing recruitment and selection as well as internship programs to meet the organization’s manpower needs
- Planning and coordination of company events and manage employee welfare and wellness programme
- Primary contact for payroll execution and overseas manpower administration
- Ensure that the organization remains compliant on all legislative manpower law
- Support in building up relevant HR framework and policies for the organization
- Support build-up for a strategic performance management framework, tied to organizational goals and objectives
- Rewards system to recognize individual and/or company performance
- Tie in performance management system to gaps analysis and linking it to the learning and development framework
- In-charge of the preparation of Letter of Offers and Employment Contracts for new joiners
- Maintaining master list of all employees
- Maintenance of personnel-related files and records such as P-files and timesheets
- Assist in the onboarding of new hires and off-boarding/ clearance for resignees, including conducting exit interviews
- Manage Company’s communications channel with staff
- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Job Requirement:
- Min Degree with at least 5 years’ experience in Human Resources Management or other management principles.
- Hands on experience and knowledge in Times Software will be advantageous.
