Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints and quality related queries
- Implement customer requirements, carry out product quality plan for all projects and ensure PQP effectiveness
- Implement quality tools in production to support corrective and preventive actions and continuous improvement
- Part and line approval follow up (Qualification Package) throughout the project
- Handle Internal Quality issues and liaise with cross-functional team towards improvement
- Ensure related documents are updated accordingly for lesson learnt and continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
- College degree of Electronics/Electrical Engineering
- Experience in quality control and customer quality management.
- Experience in manufacturing and customer service area.
- Experience in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Box Build Assembly industries.
- Familiar with quality tools and have basic knowledge of six sigma.
- Familiar with the knowledge of IATF 16949 standard and 5 Tools (PPAP/APQP/SPC/MSA/FMEA).
- Good IT skill-MS office/Minitab.
- Good inter-personal and presentationskill.
- Self-motivated and good team player.
