Roles and Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering in Business Process Modelling:Understand As-Is and To-Be Processes: Comprehend the customer's current and future business processes, including business rules, forms, and transaction screens.
- Process Mapping: Map end-to-end processes, business rules, forms, and transaction screens into a modeling tool.
- Improvement Proposals: Analyze and suggest improvements to the processes, though not mandatory.
- Gap Analysis:Expectation vs. Capability: Analyze and identify gaps between customer expectations and the application's capabilities.
- Application Deployment:Application Configuration: Perform necessary configurations within the application.
- Key User Training: Train key users on the application's functionalities.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Conduct UAT to ensure the application meets user requirements.
- Status Update:Project Status: Regularly update the project status to stakeholders.
- Activity Forecasting: Forecast upcoming activities in the project timeline.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Prerequisites:
- Experience:A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Functional/Business Analyst in IT and/or the Healthcare domain is preferred.
Experience with at least two implementation cycles of a Hospital Information System (HIS).
Experience in documenting user requirements, functional specifications, and test cases.
Proven experience in the healthcare domain.
- Education:A degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
