- Build and maintain strong relationships with Interior Designers, Carpenters, Main/Sub contractors, Architects and Consultants
- Understand customers' business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Prepare and submit samples for project tenders
- Gather necessary projects information, create proposals and present them to potential clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customers and potential new customers to increase sales
- Provide clients with professional advice on products and services, and offer alternative solutions that best meet customers' requirements
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customers' satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while protecting company interest
- Collect market information on consumers and competitors in the high pressure laminates industry
- Accomplish sales target and KPI individually and as a team
- Prompt update of CRM and maintain accurate records in the system
- B2B sales experience, preferably in a related or similar industry is an added advantage
- Must possess own vehicle for site visits and meeting customers
- Exposure in building material, interior products or relevant trade is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of project tendering and management processes
- Able to work at Kranji area
