Business Management Support
Responsibilities:
- Support Ecosystems and Cross-Border Transfers team in coordinating with internal teams and external agencies on the marketing campaigns and experiments from conception to execution.
- Track campaign performance and analyze data to generate actionable insights for informed decision-making and platform optimization.
- Perform user acceptance test/live verification on business initiatives/production fixes.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify key trends and gaps and seek out new business opportunities.
- Assist with due diligence checks and necessary documentation for new and existing business partners.
