Sales Coordinator - Logistics Department
My client, a Japanese global trading company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator (with JLPT-N2 proficiency) to join the logistics department. The incumbent is required to liaise with its Japan office and their customers. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience in shipping or logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate and monitor shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- In charge of the full spectrum of shipping documentation, invoicing, packing list, L/C negotiation, certificate of origin, bill of lading & etc
- Liaise with shipping companies, customs brokers, and other logistics partners.
- Manage import/export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, sales orders, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order status.
- Provide support in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to shipments.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or a related field is preferred.
