- Issue Sales Quotation / Invoices / Delivery Order to customers.
- To monitor and maintain documents/filing/registers
- Attend to customer’s queries via phones/emails/walk-ins
- Take sales orders and arrange the fulfillment with the operations team
- Work with operations and finance department on all sales matters
- Resolve products quality and quantity issues
- Sourcing and negotiations with reliable suppliers
- Regular review of the purchase price to ensure we are on market track
- Data entry when required by the manager
- Co-ordinate between customers and drivers, transporter, sales and warehouse
- Maintenance of certifications and ISO/HACCP paperwork
- Providing ad-hoc general administrative support when assigned
Requirements
- Able to multitask.
- Good organizing and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel & Word)
- Knowledge of SAP would be added advantage.
- Candidate with 2 years of experience in sales support or general administration
- experience will have an added advantage.
