You will support Institute for Patient Safety & Quality to drive cluster-wide efforts in patient safety and quality.
You will also contribute to patient safety and quality through designing and implementing initiatives by the institute. This includes planning, coordination and execution of cluster-wide workshops and events, surveys and reports.
In addition, you will coordinate and facilitate project meetings, conduct data analysis and reporting, and provide secretariat support to various workgroups and committees.
Requirements
· Bachelor‘s Degree with at least 2 years of working experience
· Experience in programme development and process improvement in a healthcare setting would be an advantage
· Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in managing large data (i.e. data management and analysis)
· Ability to plan, implement and evaluate various tasks across concurrent priorities
· Ability to work well within a team and independently
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
