The Arts Enrichment Teacher is dedicated to inspiring children's creativity and nurturing their artistic talents through a comprehensive arts program. This role involves designing an enriching curriculum, planning and executing engaging lessons, and introducing students to a wide range of art genres to expand their artistic understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum and Program Design:Develop a well-rounded arts enrichment curriculum that covers various genres of art, including drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media, etc.
Plan and design engaging lessons that introduce students to different art forms and techniques, catering to their diverse artistic interests and abilities. - Lesson Implementation:Execute the planned lessons, ensuring they are interactive, enjoyable, and educational.
Provide materials and resources that encourage students to explore and experiment with different art genres. - Assessment and Feedback:Assess students' progress in understanding and applying different art genres and techniques.
Provide constructive feedback to encourage growth and confidence in their artistic journey. - Classroom Environment:Create a supportive and creative classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration, self-expression, and collaboration.
Encourage students to express their individuality and thoughts through diverse art forms.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Arts or a related field.
- Prior experience working in a classroom setting is preferred
- Must be passionate about engaging with, teaching, and developing children's artistic talents.
