Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the growth of the Cobrand cards business to increase overall market share.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to meet business objectives, focusing on acquiring and activating new cards, boosting card billings, and driving portfolio activities to foster market growth and overall product profitability.
- Ensure operational efficiencies by addressing system and customer issues promptly.
- Develop and manage the product's value proposition and partnership enhancements to increase market share and card profitability.
- Cultivate and manage partner relationships, implement usage campaigns to achieve joint targets, and identify new opportunities for co-brand partnerships.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and customer communications to attain acquisition and card usage targets.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to ensure results align with targets and identify areas for improving marketing efficiency.
- Handle administrative and operational issues, including managing system and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with various business units, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to oversee and implement key initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or related roles in the banking or financial services industry.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving business objectives.
- Familiarity with financial products, particularly credit cards, would be good to have.
