Job Description
• Support the strategic planning, development, and implementation of all enrichment programmes and team members
• Support the management of a team of enrichment specialists
• Support the planning of professional development for the team of enrichment specialists
• Oversee the coordination and operations of all enrichment programmes
• Ensure enrichment programme and activities are aligned with child developmental milestones and enriches children development and engagement
• Research into and curate developmentally appropriate Enrichment programmes
• Promote Enrichment programmes through various means of communication
• Maintains communications with all levels of the organisation and cluster principals, centre principals, and teachers
• Adapt to meet Enrichment expectations and lead in implementation of new programmes
• Oversee and ensure quality of lesson delivery of in-house enrichment programmes
• Research and develop trainings for enrichment team members to ensure quality enrichment programme delivery
• Analyze existing enrichment shortfalls and exercises independent judgment in taking corrective action to improve the enrichment offers
• Work closely with external vendors to ensure strong and smooth partnerships
• Plan and monitor annual monthly sales and enrolment
Job Requirements
• Minimally a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
• 2 years of experience in managing teams
• Familiar with all National Frameworks (NEL, EYDF, FSMS)
• Analytical, conceptual thinking, leading and mentoring skills
• Team player with ability to work independently
• Proficient in usage of digital platforms (Microsoft Office, ZOOM, Teams, etc)
• Possesses excellent written and communication skills

o Confident in Public Speaking
