Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.

In your role, you will lead and establish a video commerce venture on YouTube. The mission will be to forge profitable and long-lasting business opportunities for YouTube creators while revolutionizing the e-commerce landscape.
Qualifications
Job responsibilities
- Analyze campaign performance, sales data, video commerce market reports, and KPIs to inform market shopping strategies.
- Develop GTM strategy and long-term strategies across product categories aligned with overarching business goals.
- Map category and subcategories landscape, and define priority on which segment to be developed in collaboration with the merchant and marketplace strategy team, and create best practices for effective and impactful merchant-creator matchmaking.
- Develop knowledge of the market segment and global trends/events, and continually monitor competitor efforts, develop and build relationships with commerce-focused MCNs/agencies to help them succeed on YouTube, and develop new business opportunities.
- Drive adoption of YouTube Shopping by collaborating with Google cross-functional teams.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently, in order to communicate with external stakeholders in the Vietnam/Vietnamese-speaking market.
Preferred qualifications
- 2 years of experience in e-commerce, consulting firm, or internet strategy, industry or market research, and business analytics.
- Experience with project management and cross-functional collaborations.
- Ability to learn and adapt.
- Excellent communication skills to formulate and articulate contractual, technical, financial, and value points with partners and internal Google teams.
- Excellent analytic and problem solving skills, with attention to detail.
