- Developing and implementing business plans toimprove cost-efficiency.
- Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities.
- Overseeing the company's business operations, financial performance, investments, and ventures.
- Liaise with Product, Design and Sales to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience as a managing director or in a similar role.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic and business plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in marketing strategy and space design.
- Experience in one solution service from brand position, original design,digitaliation of store construction to construction optimization counseling.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
