Sales Executive

We are looking for a candidate who can boost sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and contribute to our store's success and growth. The ideal candidate will have a history of surpassing sales goals, a thorough understanding of retail operations, and a genuine passion for interacting with customers. We seek someone who can effectively market our products, foster long-term customer relationships, and enhance the overall shopping experience in our store.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in the store, providing product information and recommendations based on their interests.
  • Drive sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable products.
  • Maintain the store’s appearance, ensuring products are well-organized and displayed attractively.
  • Handle transactions, including cash and credit card payments, accurately.
  • Manage inventory levels and assist in restocking products as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regular customers and collectors.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in the card-collecting community and product knowledge.
  • Assist with in-store events, promotions, and customer loyalty programs.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a specialty store or related industry.
  • Strong interest in trading cards, sports cards, or collectibles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
