Responsibilities
- Installing computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshooting basic network and software issues.
- Active Directory, o365 and SharePoint administration.
- Train staff on computer, system and cyber security.
- Fixing hardware, software, CCTV and network issues.
- Responding to general IT requests.
- Ensuring security software is kept up to date.
- Perform assets, Inventory, and deployment (hardware and software) management
- Liaise with IT vendors to ensure cost-effective, timely quality service delivery
- Support and troubleshoot any IT related problem
- Provide day-to-day IT support operations and ad-hoc duties when assigned
- Weekly reports and meeting with the Head of HR and Admin to discuss system needs/projects/outstanding matters
- Implement and maintain the computer systems so they are compliant with the organization’s guidelines or SOP (Standards Operating Procedure).
- Install, configure, and test operating systems, application software, and system management tools
- Take proper security measures for the systems.
- Ensure that all installed systems and infrastructure are managed and monitored on an ongoing basis.
Qualifications
- Diploma in IT / Computing/ Engineering or ITE Certificate with relevant IT experience
- Good knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office software/applications (e.g. Excel) and ITIL foundation trained will be advantageous
