- Perform daily SAP Basis Administration tasks (i.e. resolving issues based on incidents and alerts, system monitoring)
- Implement security patches (sap notes) for key business applications
- Troubleshooting of performance related issues
- Document perquisite and post steps for QA system refresh and system copy
- Investigate and resolve incidents such as performance issue, locking issue
- Perform QA System refresh and System Copy using SWPM tool
