Job Scope:
- Assist in the preparation of Method Statement for solar installation works
- Oversee labour team to perform installation of the solar system in accordance with construction drawings
- Ensure labour team performs solar installation within time and budget
- Assist site manager for all matters to ensure smooth installation with zero errors and repetition of tasks
- Adhere to the quality of works and strictly comply with WSH and housekeeping requirements
- Other works as assigned by top management.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in the solar industry
- Proficient and competent with solar planning, design and installation
- Firm leadership and communication skills
- Effective time management
- Resourceful problem-solving skills
- Hardworking and team player
