The Operation Manager reports directly to the Director and is responsible for overseeing and managing teams engaged in the operation and work flow within projects. Their role focuses on ensuring safety, compliance, and the successful execution of projects, thereby contributing to overall project success and enhancing client satisfaction.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Comprehensive understanding of the company's service offerings, various products and solutions provided to clients. Focused on the technical aspects and applications of the company's products.
2. Recognize the importance of maintaining a safe work environment, identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures, and conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
3. Provide direct support for Employee safety, welfare, and delegation reporting, Fostering a positive and productive work environment.
4. Maintain regular communication channels with clients to provide updates and address concerns promptly.Ensure availability to address client inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
5. Track and analyze sales metrics such as revenue, sales volume, and profitability. Control project costs through effective budget allocation and expenditure management.
