Scope
- Provide first level user support, troubleshooting of network connectivity, workstation hardware/software issues.
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
- Track hardware and software inventory.
- Provide Operating system, software, and hardware management.
- Provide Microsoft Office 365, DNS, Active Directory, Print Servers, DHCP, Virtual Server, Microsoft Hyper-V configuration and administration.
- Manage Files sharing, NTFS rights administration, DFS infrastructure.
- Manage incidents and provide solutions and preventative actions.
- Source for vendor quotes.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
