Requirement:
· Min. GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
· At least 2 years working experience
· Well versed in Microsoft Office.
· Preferably to Speak and write in English and Mandarin (to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking associates on day-to-day work operation)
· Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of urgency
· Detail-oriented, positive thinking, proactive service attitude and prioritize workload
· Work independently with minimal supervision
· Able to start work immediately or in short notice
Job Scope:
· Provide general administrative and clerical support
. Assist HR matters (annual/ medical leave/ payroll/ CPF submission)
· Manage the renewal of road tax, insurance, and inspections for all vehicles.
. Daily collection of letters from letter box
· Assist with basic bookkeeping
· Manage and maintain electronic and paper records, files, and documents
· Data entry, ensure accurate data updating and maintenance
· Monitor and maintain stock inventory
· Assist in any events planning include finding quotation
· Assist in associations matter
· Assist Chairman on corporate social responsibilities matters
· Assist Chairman’s PA
· Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior
