Responsibilities:
- Draft & design mechanical & piping isometric drawings, as-built drawings, process and equipment layout.
- Draft outline and detailed drawings to the appropriate scale for planning submission and production purposes.
- Preparation of tender drawings
- Modelling of ELV systems with conduit layout
- Preparation of site installation and setting out drawings
- Work closely with the Project Team on site on the production of drawings.
- Conduct site visits to verify installation at site, and meeting where necessary.
- Coordinate with Main Con
- Communicate with the team leader and other team members for the timely completion of project.
- Assist in ad hoc jobs that assigned by superior
Requirements:
- At least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), drafting or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skills: Autocad 2D & 3D, BIM, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks (preferably from M&E industry)
- Outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and target oriented in a stressful environment.
