BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Job Description
1. Expand the market by identifying and researching opportunities for new and existing markets.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand customer needs and propose suitable product solutions.
3. Build cooperative relationships with distributors and support the achievement of sales targets. Propose and execute plans to achieve sales goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
4. Prepare tender estimation. Improve cost competitiveness during tender for higher profit margins. Plan and execute with tender team to achieve KPI.
5. Stay updated with market trends and new technology. Participate in marketing activities, analyse market trends, and support promotional activities.
6. Enter necessary information into internal systems such as daily reports and sales order systems and provide timely reporting.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years Business Development/Sales/Operations role, marketing related is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen, self-driven, negotiation skill.
- Outgoing and passionate in networking and building relationships.
- Proficient in MS Excels, PowerPoint and other office softwares.
- B2B project management experiences will be an advantage.
- Able to multitask.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin to local customers and Chinese suppliers.
