Job Responsibilities
- To create, manage and uploading Product Listing for Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Amazon.
- Ensure accurate and appealing product listing with compelling content, images and product description
- Managing day to day operation including order fulfilment, inventory management, customer enquiries and feedback
- Ensure catalogue and price of products online are aligned across all channels respectively
- Handle invoices, Accounts, Stock taking and reporting related to E comm business
- Handle B2C, B2B & digital marketing.
- Ensure stocks are updated and reflected accurately across all channels.
- Ensure accurate and appealing product listings with compelling content, images and product description.
- Managing day to day operation including order fulfilment, inventory management, customer enquiries and feedback
- Coordinate the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate creative writing for promotional materials and marketing collateral to create a compelling brand narrative
- Design, Develop, create, and schedule engaging content (photos, videos, graphics) for our social media platforms (Tick Tok, Instagram, Facebook)
- Strong TikTok content creation skills, including video editing and storytelling
- Knowledge of current TikTok trends and ability to create viral content
- Shoot and create video content for Reels, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Produce creative content, including photos and videos, for our social media platforms and website, showcasing our products
- Propose design solutions to best communicate marketing objective
- Ensure written content is engaging, informative, and aligns with our product values.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business/E- Commerce, Digital Marketing or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in E-commerce & Digital Marketing management is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work under tight schedules to meet deadlines
- Independent and organised with positive working attitude
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices
- Understands how to engage and retain customers through digital content.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and Excel
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Proficient knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)

- Salary: SGD 3700 - 4200 per month
