Job Description & Requirements
- Reports to the Project Manager or Assistance Project Manager In-depth understanding of project specifications, technical details and construction drawings Carry out work scheduling, material requisition planning, project supervision and documentation Supervise structural/architectural works, coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants, and sub-contractors on technical matters Ensure timely completion and good quality of works Ensure safety regulations are complied
Requirements:
- Qualifications • Must possess BCSS certificate • Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA) construction background. Precast construction is also a plus • 5+ years of Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA) site supervisor • Experience building data centers or other technically intensive facilities • Structural or civil and engineering working knowledge of plans, engineering drawings, specifications, and schematics associated with the mechanical and structural trades • Computer literacy. Significant experience with Excel, Word, and other computer-based tools • Knowledge of Navisworks or any BIM software would be an added advantage • Strong leadership and excellent communication and organizational skills • Fluency in English
