The Role:
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned Named Partners to drive joint business growth for solutions and ICT products (network, IT storage, Optical, Cloud, Green Energy, etc.).
- Develop and execute joint business plans and business analysis to meet sales targets.
- Plan, manage, and support partner enablement through product training, sales best practices, partner programs, certifications, and joint solution productization and launches.
- Oversee partner incentive programs and manage partner marketing funding and operations.
- Collaborate with marketing and solution teams to drive joint partner marketing for business awareness and demand generation.
- Support partners on joint tenders and projects.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree is required, with a preference for candidates with backgrounds in IT or Engineering.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in managing partner relationships or driving account sales within the ICT industry.
- Familiarity with Public Sector or Enterprise Sales is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to manage projects and deliver compelling presentations.
- Demonstrates a proactive learning attitude, strong determination, and a collaborative mindset focused on creating value through partnerships.
