Duties & responsibilities:
- Handle & Manage Inventory, Warehousing & other relevant operational functions responsibly & efficiently.
- Safeguard and be responsible for all Warehouse Inventory.
- Ensure Stock records are up-to-date at all times. It includes maintaining proper records and files in order and updated at all times.
- Assist in Implementation of approved system & control in the functional departments.
- Without permission of the management, not to allow any other staff to access any records, files, computer, etc under your control.
- Display a high level of discipline in individual and team work performance.
- To perform such other and/or functions as may be assigned to you from time to time.
- It is very much important to keep company’s information within the office confidentially. You can only discuss with management and should not discuss with other staff for any reason.
