To provide consistent professional Spa (either Body or Foot) in accordance with Spa standards
- Ensure high level service Standards
-Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the Spa facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the Spa.
- Responsible preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supply and etc
- Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely
- Follow and comply with the instructions given by the Spa manager
Requirements
- Preferably with ITEC/WSQ certificate or massage certificate
- Able to work on weekend and public holiday
- 6 day work week
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Pleasant personality and hardworking
