Responsibilities:
- Follow standard procedures daily.
- Handle and document inbound customer orders, queries, and complaints.
- Follow up on issues/orders/complaints with outbound calls.
- Resolve issues per procedures and escalate if needed.
- Report improvement suggestions to the supervisor.
- Prepare and submit reports on cases.
- Keep process and product information current.
- Coordinate with the operations team.
- Maintain good client/customer relationships.
Requirement:
- Have prior Experience in Call Centre / Order Fulmilment / Order Processing
