Job Description
- Responsible for the overall setup and configuration of the CDE.
- Responsible for implementation of BIM in the construction process as well as the preparation of the Final As-Built Models.
- Ensure and maintain Models (and associated information) based on the requirements stated in the BIM Execution Plan.
- Perform periodic QC checks on all Models within the scope of work.
- Close monitor the BIM schedule and manage the BIM team to ensure all BIM deliverables on time.
- Conduct in-house training for Engineers, Designers and Modellers to build & maintain collaborative relationships to work effectively together as a team.
- Coordinate with internal parties in overseas, such as Project team, Design & Engineering team and BIM team.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering.
- At least 5 years’ experience in the management of information management processes, including setup and management of the CDE.
- Familiar with BIM software in both Bentley and Autodesk.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good communication and writing in English.
