Position Overview: The Artistic Stylist Director is a pivotal leadership role within our salon, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the styling team, ensuring high standards of service, and driving the overall success of the salon. Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of stylists and junior staff.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
Schedule staff shifts and manage the salon’s workflow to ensure efficient operations.
- Client Experience:Provide exceptional hairdressing services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling.
Ensure all client interactions are handled professionally, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly.
Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and promote client retention through excellent service.
- Salon Operations:Oversee the daily operations of the salon, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring equipment is in good working condition.
Implement and enforce salon policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Manage the salon’s appointment booking system, ensuring optimal scheduling and minimal wait times for clients.

Qualifications:
