Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible to achieve the set targets set in the business plan for all product categories in the designated regions.
- Promote professional solutions/products to potential clients in the region.
- Take charge of business expansion projects which require mid to high end products by engaging local dealers, system integrators and end user in the market.
- Forecast expected sales volume and profit for existing/new solutions.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, product demonstrations to customers and partners.
- Build long-lasting relationships with Consultants, distributor, partners and support them to develop downstream sales whenever necessary.
- Work closely with marketing and technical team on marketing promotion activities to achieve business target.
- Ensure presentations, demonstrations and project support is provided as per customer requirements or tender requirement.
- Monitor market changing trends, economic indicators and activities of competitions.
- Posses a hunter instinct.
Requirements :
- Certificate/Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science/ Business/ Marketing or related discipline.
- Good understanding of the AV/IT market, trends and regulatory environment.
- Experience in participating and submission for Tender Exercise.
- In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to develop and build relationships with Consultants, distributors and partners.
- Self-starter, mature, independent, result drive with high level of uncompromising integrity.
- Experience in promoting services and solutions.
- AVIXA CTS Certification is an advantage.
- General Knowledge of AV products such as Crestron, AMX, Extron, QSC, and etc.
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident is preferred.
