Senior Account Manager / Account Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to achieve the set targets set in the business plan for all product categories in the designated regions.
  • Promote professional solutions/products to potential clients in the region.
  • Take charge of business expansion projects which require mid to high end products by engaging local dealers, system integrators and end user in the market.
  • Forecast expected sales volume and profit for existing/new solutions.
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, product demonstrations to customers and partners.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with Consultants, distributor, partners and support them to develop downstream sales whenever necessary.
  • Work closely with marketing and technical team on marketing promotion activities to achieve business target.
  • Ensure presentations, demonstrations and project support is provided as per customer requirements or tender requirement.
  • Monitor market changing trends, economic indicators and activities of competitions.
  • Posses a hunter instinct.

Requirements :

  • Certificate/Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science/ Business/ Marketing or related discipline.
  • Good understanding of the AV/IT market, trends and regulatory environment.
  • Experience in participating and submission for Tender Exercise.
  • In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to develop and build relationships with Consultants, distributors and partners.
  • Self-starter, mature, independent, result drive with high level of uncompromising integrity.
  • Experience in promoting services and solutions.
  • AVIXA CTS Certification is an advantage.
  • General Knowledge of AV products such as Crestron, AMX, Extron, QSC, and etc.
  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident is preferred.
