Job Responsibilities:
1. Processing Delivery Order such as picking / Delivery Confirmation
2. Ensure efficient management of documentation such as Printing / Filling / Despatch.
3. Assist delivery guys to check delivery order detail such as wrong address, phone number, product / postpone.
4. Assist warehouse activity such as packing / classification for self-collection / second checker before delivery guys loading goods.
5. Checking and monitor all Dos are returned with acknowledgement.
6. Data entry such as subset in/out record / service job
7. WhatsApp customer for delivery confirmation
8. Attend customers’ enquiries and feedback by providing professional solutions.
9. Assist warehouse team count stock before and during annual stock take.
10. In charge of Ecommerce Order such as preparation and ensure the accuracy of Waybills match with DO and follow up pending goods with salesman.
11. Help salesman / promoter / customer checking and amend delivery status.
12. Check in cancellation and return good.
13. Make sure delivery guys delivery on-time and meet customers’ requirement and satisfaction.
14. Any other duties assigned by immediate reporting officer or Head of Department
Job Specification:
1. Possess at least ‘O’ , ‘N’ level & ITE or equivalent relevant work experience.
2. Minimum O’ Levels or equivalent certifications.
3. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
4. Good team player with ability to lead and multi-tasking.
5. Able to communicate in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with the associates/clients.
6. Proficient in use of MS Office application.
