QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Prefer Poly students or undergrads on vacation (minimally O Level).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Added advantage for proficiency in Workday.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work meticulously and independently.
ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED:
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, record keeping, and other clerical tasks.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Provide support in organizing company events, meetings, and other activities.
- Arrange clearance and receive visitors.
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned
