We are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Admin/HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless functioning of our operations and fostering positive relationships among our employees. Your contributions will be instrumental in upholding our company’s standards of excellence and supporting our continued growth

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Admin Support
  1. Manage office supplies & inventory
  2. Handle incoming & outgoing correspondence (including emails, phone calls & courier)
  3. Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  4. Coordinate office events and activities
  5. Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and organize
  • HR Support
  1. Assist in recruitment process, including posting job opening, reviewing resumes and coordinating interviews
  2. Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes
  3. Maintain employee records and HR database
  4. Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma from a recognized institution of any discipline
  • Proficiency in all MS Office
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field will be an advantage
  • All Singaporean are welcome
