Responsibilities: -
- Responsible for partial set of accounts including but not limited to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
- Prepare month-end closing journal entries and balance sheet schedules and reconciliation.
- Ensure timely, complete and accurate recording of accounting entries into the accounting system.
- Assist with monthly reporting, budget and audit.
- Maintain good documentation and filing system.
- Assist in the review of internal control procedures to improve accounting processes.
- Perform any additional ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Job Requirements: -
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in accounting (eg. LCCI, CAT).
- At least 3 years working experience in accounting field.
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, dynamic personality.
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Proactive, possess initiative and able to work independently.
