Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure seamless execution of assigned projects, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Actively participate in project-related meetings, recording minutes and following up on critical action items with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal customer care teams to ensure timely and accurate order entry, and support issue resolution during project execution.
- Develop and update weekly project schedules, liaising with Finance to meet invoicing requirements.
- Consolidate project documents from inter-departments for timely submission to clients.
- Arrange and assist with Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) as required.
- Work with the commercial team to provide accurate monthly forecasts.
- Support internal customer care teams with project execution, customer feedback, documentation, order tracking, and communication.
- Ensure adherence to internal standards and external regulations.
- Travel may be required (up to 10%).
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with relevant working experience will be considered
Experience
- Preferably 3 years of working experience with minimum 1 year in Customer support function.
- Prior experience in Contract / Project management will be an advantage.
- Proficient in SAP preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
