Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Content Strategist to lead our content creation and strategy efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy across various channels, including blogs, social media, and lead magnets such as ebooks and whitepapers. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of content marketing, audience engagement, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Content Creation and Strategy:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with OmniNexus's marketing goals and objectives.
• Create high-quality, engaging blog articles that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Develop content for lead magnets, including ebooks, whitepapers, and other downloadable resources.
Social Media Content Strategy:
• Develop and manage content calendars for all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Create and schedule social media posts that align with the overall content strategy and resonate with our target audience.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and improve engagement.
Collaboration and Coordination:
• Collaborate with the creative multimedia team to produce visually appealing and compelling content.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with campaigns, promotions, and overall brand messaging.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather insights and feedback to inform content development.
Content Optimization and SEO:
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
• Continuously optimize content for search engines and user experience.
Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor and analyze content performance using various analytics tools.
• Prepare regular reports on content performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in content strategy, content creation, and social media management. Fresh Graduates with good portfolio are welcomed to apply.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research.
• Excellent content writing (including copywriting), editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
