We are representing our client in the crude oil and gas trading industry in hiring for an ETRM Executive/System Management Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate: Work with Trading, Operations, Middle Office, Finance, and Administration teams.
- Respond Quickly: Address inquiries and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Manage Trade Data: Ensure accurate trade data entry by traders.
- Oversee Shipping Data: Supervise shipping information management.
- Handle Invoicing: Ensure efficient invoicing by the back office.
- Support Reporting: Assist with periodic financial reporting.
- Provide Analytics: Generate reports and analytics from ETRM data.
- Develop System: Enhance system usability based on user feedback and lead improvement projects.
Requirements:
- Strong interest in trading support, operations, or trade system support.
- Experience in IT application development or management is a plus.
- Quick to address and troubleshoot ETRM issues.
- Familiarity with Entrade or similar ETRM systems is advantageous.
