Insurance Admin Executive
- Location: Tagore Lane (YIO CHU KANG)
- Pick up and drop off provided to Ang Mo Kio
- Working Days: 5.5 days (alternate Sat)
- Salary : $2,000 - $2,500 [ based on experience ]
Job Scope
Established general insurance intermediary looking for highly motivated with positive working attitude candidates to be part of our dynamic team.
- Processing policies
- Email Policies/ Tax Invoice to Clients
- Update information into the system
- Maintain close relationship with stakeholders through dedicated and excellent service
- Answer Incoming calls
- Attend to walk-in customers
- Involve Marketing projects to create awareness and improve sales
- Calculate basic refund
- Provide administrative support and tasks as assigned
Requirement
- Minimum GCE O level
- Preferably 3 year relevant experience
- Able to communicate effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft office 365 and Outlook
- Team Player and able to multi-task efficiently
- Able to start work at short notice
