Job Description:
- Reports to the Operation Manager for all document reporting.
- Maintain and filing of documentation.
- Responsible for correct document flow, reporting, and tracking.
- Ensure Bond permits are in well proper manner and tracking.
- Liaise with internal on document processing.
- Liaise with boat operations and agents.
- Adhoc Admin duties assigned by the Operation Manager.
Requirements:
- Collection proof of delivery by own vehicle, preferred by own motorcycle.
