Job Descriptions :
1. Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.
2. Provide accurate and timely billing, cheque deposits, receipts and refund processing.
3. Process payment submitted by operations team, ensure all authorized signatories and supporting documents are obtained.
4. Prepare accounts receivableaging report, audit schedules relating to accounts receivableand sending out statementof accounts.
5. Monthly closing and year end audit.
6. Support department adhoc duties when needed.
Requirements :
1. At leaset O Level/ITE Cert/Diploma in Accounting.
2. Preferably 1 - 2 years of working experience.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Words.
4. Meticulous and organized.
5. Possess initiative and ability to work as a team.
