Job Scope:
- Manage and oversee Green Building assessments, including Green Mark, LEED, GBI, and WELL certifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct comprehensive performance studies such as Energy Modelling, Thermal Comfort Analysis, CFD Simulation, and Daylight/Glare assessments, utilizing advanced calculations and data analysis.
- Prepare detailed calculations for Green Building Credit compliance and work towards achieving optimal credit targets for various projects.
- Perform energy audits and building inspections focusing on mechanical, electrical, and process systems to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate closely with project teams to integrate Environmental Sustainability principles and optimize building performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and review reports, materials, specifications, and other documentation critical to Green Building assessments, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions with key stakeholders, including design teams, contractors, and operations staff, to promote sustainability practices and compliance.
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies, conducting technical analysis for both new and existing buildings to enhance environmental performance.
Requirements:
- A minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Building Performance, Sustainability, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Environmental Sustainability for buildings, fit-outs, and infrastructure projects.
- Candidates with additional years of experience may be considered for a senior position.
