Job Title: Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain vendor contracts and invoices
- Facilitate seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Create and manage shift schedules
- Supervise and support kitchen and wait staff as needed
- Maintain accurate records of daily, weekly, and monthly costs and revenues
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations

- Strong math and reporting skills

- Effective communication and team management abilities
- Availability to work within operating hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software
