We’re looking to hire an Customer Engagement Specialist, Awards for 4 months as the trusted advisor to our APAC clients who are from the advertising agencies and media owners, in the run towards Spikes Asia 2025, the region’s most prestigious awards and festival for the creative and marketing communications industries.
Having a commercial approach in each engagement with our clients, the Customer Engagement Specialist, Awards should be able to identify upsell opportunities whilst focusing on Volume retention at all times. You will take full control of the customer journey, build successful relationships with each customer and scale the market.
Key Accountabilities
- Exceed KPI targets aimed at increasing engagement rate and secure awards entries.
- Build, maintain and grow good rapport with customers through understanding their requirements, needs and challenges, as well as how we can help them.
- Onboarding customers to Spikes Asia Awards as the first point of contact.
- Resolve client issues on a case-by-case basis and proactively follow-up with clients to ensure needs are met.
- Other duties as assigned
Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required. Proficiency in Japanese or Korean would be advantageous
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and must be comfortable making a high volume of calls and email contacts daily
- Naturally enthusiastic and happy to speak with customers on the phone
- A proactive individual who is willing to learn and absorb ideas shared with them
- Proficient in Google Docs especially Sheets and Docs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge in Advertising agencies would be a bonus
Location: Singapore (Opportunity to work from home)
Employment terms: From late Oct 2024 to late Feb 2025, Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm (Individual should be committed to the full period)
