Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collection of goods from suppliers
- Delivery of orders to customers in a safe and timely manner
- Loading and unloading of goods
- Communicate with customers on delivery status of goods
- Render good service to customers on delivery requests, payment collection and other services
- Upkeep and maintenance of vehicle
- Assisting warehouse assistants in the picking and packing of customers' orders, and housekeeping of the warehouse, whenever necessary
Requirements:
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driver’s license
- Familiar with the service standards and customers' expectations in e-commerce operations
- Minimum of 2 years' delivery experience (e-commerce delivery experience preferred)
- Able to handle delivery runs of up to 7 to 7.5 hours daily, Monday to Saturday
- Responsible, focused & motivated team player with a positive attitude
